  6. Proceed to checkout.

  7. Enter your information and complete your payment.

Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shadowfang is based in Jamaica and aims to serve customers in Jamaica and selected international destinations.

Available destinations and shipping options are displayed during checkout.

How long will my order take?

Processing and delivery times can vary depending on your location, shipping method, holidays, and other circumstances.

Your order confirmation and shipping notification will contain the applicable information.

How can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your shipping method, your tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
